The Problem
I Was tasked with creating a unique package design for Ball's new starter kit. The package had to fit with the current branding but also be Amazon ready.
The solution
A unique one-size-fits-all packaged that looks incredible on shelf and even cooler when delivered in the amazing kraft box.
The work
I worked to create a unique package design that met all the criteria in the brief. I created several illustrations, pushed typography and minimalism to the max. I directed photoshoots for both product and lifestyle shots.
The results
The outcome was as successful as it was cost effective. It saved Newell around $70,000 per sku in printing and materials. These are a big hit in the canning and preserving industry and seeing them fly off the shelves is a big win for myself and Newell Brands. Ball has such a stronghold on the market that this design had to be cutting edge while also appealing to its intended audience.
